Alexa has tons of issues on this model, locks up constantly. Buggy firmware on this model. Samsung is aware of it but told me they have no time to fix it. See reply from Samsung below after I spent all day on the phone with Tech support.. 'SmartThings also doesn't work. "Hi, Unfortunately, if you were to return the TV it would still happen on the new TV. This is a SmartThings application issue on the TV itself and ONLY our developers can resolve it. We do not currently have an ETA on resolution at this time. Regards, Brittney Samsung SmartThings"
