• I am not sure, as I threw the box away a month ago. It fit in my Honda CRV without any issues and had room to spare. On the Best Buy Web Site in the specs area it does list the box dimensions as: Box Dimension Height 38 inches Width 63.8 inches Depth 8.4 inches
