I am in the same boat and Best Buy employees know nothing and they lick major sacs at helping you get the accessory! Hey Best Buy first rule to success if you want your business to survive have knowledgeable customer support and actually be helpful! Fire your call-center and 100% the local calls do not go to the local shop and it keeps getting directed to the online call-center that does nothing for you.
