QuestionDoes this tv have the same bluetooth connectivity issues with headphones like Sony wh-1000xm4's as other Samsung tvs? I have a q7 series and a few of my different headphones are practically unusable on my tv, has this issue been fixed?

- Answer Hi eebowers, Our 2021 QN800A is compatible with our newly designed Slim Fit wall mount. The 2020 No Gap wall mount will not fit this slimmer TV. The Attachable Slim One Connect box offers compact flexibility for keeping wires out of sight, whether you mount it on the wall, place it behind the TV stand, or simply keep it on the tabletop. ^Val

QuestionPurchased this 2 years ago, keeps shutting off/on, after I turn it on. It only plays for a few seconds before shutting off then on again. I checked my electrical wiring in my house and was told all is working fine. It must be the control box or TV. Help!

QuestionWhat is the size of the memory chip? Can it be expanded? Does it fill up often? I have a Samsung - 65" Class Q90 Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. The memory quickly fills to 100% and I have to restart the TV then clean the memory and apps.

- Answer I would suggest, buying an external streaming service box like apple or google, mostly apple tv box it has dolby vision which gives a perfect value for your tv it got 32 or 64 gig

Questionhe screen was smearing and not coming clean. At closer glance, it appears there is a coating on the screen. Is there an adhesive sticker that needs removed? It is on so good that I am reluctant to try to peel? I've had other tv's where this is obvious.
