“I love this tv but if anything touches the screen it leaves a mark. Does anybody know if there’s a way to fix the bluish colored marks?”

Unfortunately, OLED screens can be sensitive to pressure. For the bluish marks, you can try gently cleaning the screen with a microfiber cloth and a screen-safe cleaner. If the marks persist, it might be best to contact Samsung customer support for further assistance.

Please try again later.You have to carefully remove ALL residue to remove marks....if there is still a bluish streak that means there's still oil or residue on the screen, much like thoroughly cleaning glass. I have had success with Sprayway Ammonia-free glass cleaner and soft clean cloth. Once clened you then have to go over it two or three times more to remove cleaner and residue and "dry it"
