I have the box sitting horizontal on the TV stand. The dimensions of the box are approximately 13" wide, 12" deep and 1" high. The connection ports are on the back of the box and it looks like vent ports across the front. I don't know if it can be hung on the wall. Not sure how the TV would hang on the wall.
