“Can you use a normal full motion tv wall mount or does it only work with the flush mount included”

Hi Mike! You can utilize any universal wall mount with a VESA Standard of 400mm x 300mm to mount The Frame 65" TV. The back of the tv does not have the predrilled holes to install other mounts, just the one that comes with it, which works great. In fact the whole set up was an easy install and the tv itself is better then expected. Great purchase as far as I’m concerned. Good luck.
