Only if you use your mobile device and Bluetooth it to the TV. Which, quite frankly, is just very poor (or lazy) programming. I don’t want to use an external device. Samsung should fix this simple issue.

Using a Galaxy s10 and a 2020 FrameTV 1. Leave TV in art mode. 2. On the phone, click and hold the Bluetooth button to bring up a list of devices. 3. Select your frame TV to connect (it may/should connect audio only) 4. Blue tooth volume can be controlled by volume button on phone as well as remote. Connect your Frame to the Smart Things application on a mobile device. Once connected, select the Play Phone sound on TV option to connect your Bluetooth audio to the TV without disrupting Art Mode. ^Tim
