(Updated: 3/31/22): Hello Momof6 - The Terrace (Partial Sun) is designed for full-shade or partial-shade, and our Full Sun Terrace can be placed in areas with full sun exposure. Both models have an IP55 rating with operating temperatures of -22°F to +122°F. Watching it at night outside will be similar to watching it inside your home in the dark. It is also a Smart QLED 4K TV. ^Cris
