QuestionCouple of questions: Is The Terrace sealed to protect from elements like rain and snow? Can The Terrace withstand direct contact from snow and rain (like a downpour)? Does The Terrace need to be placed under cover or can it sit out in the open? TY

- Answer (Updated: 3/31/22): TommyO, The Terrace has Weatherproof Durability with an IP55 rating, meaning it is protected against level 5 of dust limited ingress, no harmful deposits, and level 5 of low pressure jets of water from all directions, limited ingress permitted. With strong durability, it is safe from extreme outdoor conditions including rain, wind, snow, dust and insects. The Terrace (Partial Sun) can be placed in full or partially shaded conditions, and The Terrace (Full Sun) can be placed in areas with full sun exposure. ^Gina

QuestionI'm confused by your previous answer and the specs and information on your web site. I thought the Terrace TV with its 2000 nits of brightness was designed to optimally work in full direct sunlight as well as shade and dark. Is that correct or not?

New to 2021 is our Full Sun Terrace, which can be placed in areas with full sun exposure. - Answer (Updated: 3/31/22): Hello Momof6 - The Terrace (Partial Sun) is designed for full-shade or partial-shade, and our Full Sun Terrace can be placed in areas with full sun exposure. Both models have an IP55 rating with operating temperatures of -22°F to +122°F. Watching it at night outside will be similar to watching it inside your home in the dark. It is also a Smart QLED 4K TV. ^Cris

QuestionThe Terrace literature mentions it includes an HDBaseT receiver built in. Is this compatible with any 4K HDBaseT sender? Is there a manual specific to this model? Can the bar speaker attach to the tv on an extended arm mount?

- Answer Hey Maven - The HW-LST70T soundbar comes with the bracket to attach it to the bottom of the Terrace TV. Any HDBaseT certified products are compatible with LST7T and meet the HDBaseT alliance standard. ^Jason
