It is. I have a Google mini device and I did notice, via Google Home app on my mobile device, that link and control of the Samsung 65" TV was available... you must do the 'linking' to make it happen (and both devices need to be on, specifically, the 2.4 GHz WiFi network you have as best I understand!). Look for that Google Home setting on that app's Home screen or otherwise in the Devices section of Google Home. Try to click on the '+' sign in upper right if it doesn't immediately show as an available device to control. Google's latest Home app is fairly straight-forward to work with these days, as various 'other services' (e.g. Streaming Music, Radio) and Smart Devices connections are handled via a common 'linking' method/interface. I am not sure about the Google WiFi app and if the same is doable from that app -- could be.
