• There's a bar on the left side with a + and - sign Push the bar up to increase volume and down to decrease. Push it in to mute the sound.

• Hi Sandy, The +/- rocker on the left-hand side of the remote controls the volume. Push up/down to adjust volume. Press and release quickly to mute. To learn how to use your remote from your TV, go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote. To exit, simply press the Return key twice. ~Samsung Advisor
