“When doing a normal load on my Samsung steam dryer the normal, drying, and start are flashing. Is this flashing normal? Thank you”

Not to worry Samsung friend, this is normal! The lights you are seeing lit up on the control panel are indicator lights to let you know that the dryer is currently in normal drying mode. If the dryer detects a problem with any of the internal components, it will display a two or three digit error code where the time is normally displayed.
