No, it should come with dryer. I found it in the drum of dryer.

I purchased it on the spot from Geek Squad as they had some on the delivery truck. You should be able to your local Best Buy and get what you need.

Everything should have been hooked up, if you paid the extra for the parts you needed, they should have brought the parts and connected everything.
