Yeah. Just don't hook up the water and never push the button. However, why would you not want to hook it up? Its a Y splitter from the cold water to the washer and it comes with the hose and splitter. Your paying an extra $100 for the steam feature at least.

Yes, you can use the DV419AEW dryer without hooking it up to water as long as you do not select the steam cycles. Thank you for the question, Ms. Samsung
