“Is it just me or these dryers don’t dry well just bought my dryer less than a month ago??? Long extended times for it to dry well”

No, the sensor on this machine doesn't work... It can't tell if it's still damp or dry, so many times I've gone to the dryer cause it's stopped meaning the load is dry and it's not dry. Very frustrating who has time for that, I don't. Don't waste your money, buy a different dryer you'll regret buying this one.

Please try again later.This dryer has EcoDry feature which no where in the manual does it show HOW TO TURN IT OFF so you get hotter dry and less time spent trying to dry anything. The dryer automatically is set to less dry time 30 min norm - and the clothes if any of them are stretch materials wont dry. End up hanging them up to dry outside or in house. waste of money. The Samsung Washer (bought both as pair) requested repair only after 2 yrs, and the company gave me FULL REFUND- not wanting to waste money to repair. O M G! i miss my old kenmore was a superb washer/dryer.
