“My current dryer has a dedicated 240v 30A circuit that is hardwired to it. Can this dryer be hardwired? Also can this dryer operate properly without the water hookup for the steam? I prefer not to add any additional water lines that could leak.”

Hello JMS, I have attached a link below to the user manual, you will find more information regarding electrical requirements on page 14.
