“When using the steam cycles, should we actually see noticeable steam in the drier? I would think so, and am worried the steam function is not working as intended as we have never seen any steam, and many times the clothed still come out wrinkled.”

The manual suggests only two-three items on the steam cycle, make sure they’re already wet.I’ve never seen steam.

Steam cycle and I am sorry to learn the clothes are wrinkled. Regarding your concern, I suggest you extend the drying time by a minimum of 20 minutes; this depends on the item and load type to remove the wrinkle.
