Hi RNG, Thank you for reaching out and we hope you are in good health. We are saddened to know that your dryer has no heat even with the lint drawer and dryer vent being professionally cleaned. There are several things to consider with your concern and one of which is that the dryer may have moved into the cool-down phase of the cycle. I have included the user manual link below.
