• You will need to purchase separately. I don't think I've seen a dryer that includes one without it being second hand.

• It does not. Best Buy required me to buy one for the installation. You could use one of your own if you are installing it yourself. But you're money ahead having it installed. I would normally do that task, but the crew that came out were really quick and hauled off the old broken down stuff and cleaned up like they were never there.

• No Power cord but if you order online Best Buy will add on to the order which you will not be able to delete.
