“With our old dryer my wife often struggled with needing to iron a lot of the clothes when done. We bought this high end system with steam so that this would no longer be the case. On the first loads it was just as bad. Is this a common problem?”

Once I got steam settings going good I didn’t have much issues. If I did I would change products like soap and fabric softener.
