“I bought this dryer about 3 months ago, but did not like it because it took too long to dry clothing. I decided to exchange a new one. The new one also took 2+ hrs to dry a 2/3 load of clothing using normal cycle. is this normal? any suggestions”

Ours is actually fast at drying. If your washer doesn't spin your clothes well, that could be the cause of such a long drying time. Have had no trouble with that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This problem isn't the dryer. You need to check your dryer vent outlet connected to outside your home. It could be clogged. I had this issue with my old dryer and found out the lint vent was clogged. Fixed the problem.
