• A:Answer I am unfamiliar with the particular brand, but if it is an “HE” soap, then I think the answer is yes. I also have allergy issues, but use All Free & Clear, as it is a high efficiency soap. You do not want to use too much soap concentrate in a front load washer! There is little water used and too much soap will gunk everything up.

• A:Answer I would definitely call Best Buy! I know that when I started my wash the first time that it took a minute for the water to enter machine even though I could hear water coming in. I almost was afraid something wasn't connected. It was fine though!! It must tumble the clothes in the drum before water actually comes in.
