• I have to use a small step stool. I am 5'2" tall and I can reach the controls, but it is a bit hard to read my selections. A taller person may be fine.

• No remote, Im 5’5 so I’m tall enough to reach it. My daughter is 5’2 and she can reach the buttons as well.
