“I have a San is tilt wall mount. What size screws do I need to attach this tv to the mount? The m8 20 don’t fit. Do I need to use a spacer?”

Hi Mindy! The 70TU6980 utilizes 4 M8 screws, 1.25mm pitch and 20-22mm length. You may need to use the included spacers as well. ^Gina
