QuestionNo one on phone or in store knew the answer. What is the main difference between the TU6980 (Sku 6428508) and NU6900 (Sku 6395915)? I understand they are both 6 series and one has a "crystal" processer. Which is better & Why?

QuestionThe description says that you can't screen mirror to this tv. On the other hand a rep has said that you can cast your android phones screen onto the tv using an app. Can you 100% cast your android phones screen onto the TV using the app?

- Answer My Hubby has a Samsung Galaxy S8 and he screen mirrored to this TV. That is the first thing he was super excited about. For Apple phones there is a IOS App. I have an Apple but I haven't tried it on the TV yet. I have a Plus screen on my phone. It's not necessary for me personally to use the feature. Hope this somewhat helps

QuestionDoes the TV have an HDMI-Arc port for connecting a soundbar? Or would I have to use an optical cable?

- Answer I just bought one a week ago. i hooked up my stereo through the ARC which is HDMI 1. It also has a eARC capable. In fact when hooking up the ARC, make sure you do not select eARC from the Sound setup unless you do have eARC sound device. I had not notice the "e" in eARC and took me a while to trouble shoot as i was not getting any sound at first :-)

- Answer Cjifitz, you absolutely can connect Bluetooth headphones. Refer to your headphone's user manual for how to pair. Once paired to the TV, press HOME on the remote. Then go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List. Choose the headphones you wish to use for sound output. ^Celina

QuestionI just bought this television yesterday and tried to watch Mandalorian on Disney+ in 4k. The picture is awful, all of the images seem to lag. Now i switched to Netflix and the picture seems great. Does the 60hz refresh rate not allow 4k streaming?

- Answer I had a similar experience. I was able to improve the image quality of 4k content from netflix and disney+ by changing the picture settings. This is what worked for me. I went into the settings under "Picture" and changed picture mode to Movie. Then I went into "expert settings" and changed "picture clarity settings" to off.

QuestionSomeone know the difference between this model Class 6 Series Crystal and the same but Class 7 serires Crystal?

- Answer They are basically the same tv. One thing that I have noticed with the 7 series is that it has a way slower time recognizing 4k and HDR content. So far the class 6 seems to be a bit better.

- Answer Yes you can. Find adapter on line search. Most any will do. You then can switch between devises or if only one is powered up the tv will automaticalle go to that devise.
