Yes, this should work fine for that application. There are a couple things to note however. This is a consumer-grade product. It is technically not meant to be used for more than 4-hours a day, etc. If the T.V will be powered on for multiple hours a day, you will not only void the 1 year warranty, but shorten the television's life as it wasn't designed for that. Samsung produces commercial products that are meant for this type of application (longer warranties included, that do not have these restrictions). Typically a projector is a better choice, because you are able to display at much larger screen sizes. You won't have the high resolution (unless you pay a great deal more), but that is NOT needed to display large text. Also, this has HDMI ports (which the 65" TVs have as well), so keep that in mind.
