Has anyone found this can be fixed? My TV just started doing the same thing tonight.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Update on previous post. I said the sound was not working due to source being my surround sound via provider. After ordering new TV and removing defective TV I determined the sound was working on the defective TV. Basically, the exact same problem as described by Nikki. Again, I also bought mine in 2020.

I do hear sound but that is not from the TV, it is from my surround sound set-up coming from my service provider. The screen shows blue and then to black, that's it. Planned obsoletion?
