Yes.....If it is a smart tv any wireless bluetooth ear buds or headphones will work. If it is an older model you can even get a pair of headphones that will work off a base station you can plug into the tv. The hedphones are still wireless and work off triple a batteries. I purchased a set from Radio Shack for my Dad who has trouble hearing and they work great.
