I really can’t answer that, but I had no sound to my surround sound speakers, thought I didn’t have wires hooked right, ended reading up that my older Yamaha receiver was out dated, so I had to by a new receiver after hooking up new receiver it all now works! So maybe yours not compatible and have to update!
