“Cloudy Images During Dark Scenes I purchased this TV on Monday and having been getting a cloudy image during dark scenes. This is very annoying because it is so noticeable. The picture appears to be OK during other scenes, but I'm not sure. I have a 5 series plasma that is about 4-5 years old and the picture on that is perfect. This TV doesn't come close to that. Now I understand that it is plasma verses LED, but we are talking 4 years of technology difference also. Can this be fixed or do I just need to return the TV?”

Maverick, We're sure sorry to hear that you're having a difficulty with the screen. There can be some minor screen uniformity with any panel where some areas of an LCD panel can be slightly lighter. But it sounds like yours is a more extreme case, and needs to be further looked into. If you're within the return policy, why not give Best Buy an opportunity to address it, check out the panel, assess the situation or help you with options on getting something that better meets your needs?
