“How much room is there from the bottom of where the legs would set on a console to the bottom of the tv in order to put a sound bar ..I wa nt to know what the max height of the sound bar can be as to not interfere with the picture”

The area from console to bottom of tv measures 2 1/2 inches. You also need to know the sensor on the tv is in the middle. I have a Bose Soundtouch Soundbar and it just fits low enough to not interfere with tv picture or tv sensor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.From the bottom of the TV to the stand would be 2 9/16 inches. You also have another 1/2 inch of border that frames the actual picture. That would give you a total of 3 1/16 inches. I would keep it at or below 3 inches to be safe.
