Q: QuestionI keep reading that 240 motion rate is a marketing scam, that live tv only comes in at 120 refresh rate. What makes the 8 series so much better than the 7 series if this is the case?
Asked by JodyOZ.
- A:Answer 7 series is 60 hz refresh rate. Gotta go with 8 series to get to true 120.

Q: QuestionWhat’s difference between LED and QLED ?
Asked by Binbinnguyen.
- A:Answer The QLED line is Quantum Dot Technology, I have had both tv's and would buy the RU8000 over the Overpriced QLED 60R. I found the Ru8000 was faster user experience the QLED was slower, picture quality wasn't much different the RU8000 is a better overall choice.

Q: QuestionHow are the stands installed if you can’t lay the tv flat? Are they pre-installed in the box? Does B.B. install upon delivery?
Asked by Bigron452.
- A:Answer You set the stand where you want it to go, or on the floor. Then you pick up the TV with a helper. Then you set the TV on the stand. It supports itself good enough without the screws. Then you insert the screws.

Q: QuestionIs this tv good for playing video games on the ps4 pro or xbox x
Asked by Jack.
- A:Answer I have an xbox one. I upgraded from a non 4k 70 inch tv to this one. Candidly after I adjusted my xbox one settings to 4k, I no longer see much difference. Prior to adjusting my xbox to 4k I had a very sharp picture on the 1080setting. I didn't experience any lag on my xbox in either 4k or 1080 settings (playing world war z). I am in the process of upgrading the hdmi cable on the xbox as I do not think the standard one supports 4k. as for generally TV watching, recommend watching non4k channels in Dynamic. Have not experienced 4k movies or TV channels
