They would have to remove the TV you have there now in order to put a new TV in the same spot. If you are referring to using the same wall mount, it depends on the mount you have and the TVs it compatible with. I had a 65” Sony and my wall mount is universal for TVs 40”-80”. It adjusted perfectly to fit my Samsung TV
