Questiondisappointed in the picture quality, I saw the older model last yr in the store and was blown away with the picture quality, better than the LG and the Sony, but this one has a grainy picture, I’ve played with the setting and modes, is the set bad

- Answer Maybe upgrade your hdmi cables. Or shorten them if possible. I understand that extra long cables can lead to poor quality picture.

- Answer I would check the weight. I believe this tv weighs just under 80 pounds without the stand.

- Answer It should. Did you check the input setting and enable digital out as the default? I have a Samsung bar plugged in with digital audio and it works with all inputs and turns on and off with the tv

- Answer If you mean auto screen dimming depending on ambient light - yes. My 75” nu8000 has this feature to toggle off and on in settings.

- Answer The operating system is not Android nor Brickhouse(Roku), it is Tizen (based on Linux) so your choices will be highly limited. If you currently use the NBC Sports Gold app you will need to use a Roku, Amazon Fire, or Apple, etc. If you want to depend on downloaded apps then buy a Sony that will allow adding apps. Beware that not all Sony's do that...….I found out the hard way as I did with the Samsung OS....
