- Answer Scott, the 7100 does not have the smart remote, the built in voice assistant and only rated a 60hz refresh rate. It is also $600 less than the 8000 to reflect not having these features.

QuestionBesides having a digital audio out... does it also have just an audio out. (I need this for headphones to work) I had to return our Samsung 65” because there was only digital audio out and if you put headphones into it then no one else can hear the TV

- Answer We have this tv and had similar concerns. We use the wireless headphones from Avantree (about $90 each) and they only connect to the old Audio Out port. We bought the Avantree Digital to Analog converter. Although that worked great, the converter has just one Audio Out port. So then we added a multi audio splitter with six connections available. (The converter and splitter totaled about $35 and is just plug and play). No line of sight or electric plug-in is needed, everything runs off USB. So, after all connected, everything hides behind the back of the tv for wall mounting.

- Answer Yes...you can use any Sound Bar that has Optical or HDMI inputs with this TV. If you want maximum effect though, I would suggest a Sound Bar that is made for 4K UHD along with 4K HDMI 2.0 cables.

- Answer I have had very good luck with the Samsung HW-F450, while it is only 2 channel I like the sound and the fact that it powers on / off with the TV - very simple to pair and use only one remote. I have tried a plethora of other brands - and for the money and quality of sound the Samsung meets my requirements.

QuestionI have a 75" Samsung tv nu8000 ...i noticed a few hours ago that 2 horizontal lines appear at the common and at about 1/4 off bottom on the screen ...any recommendation as to how I can get it fixed? Any help would be appreciated.

- Answer I called Samsung and had them connect to my television it seems to be something with the cable companies connection is what I was told it does not always seem to be there but it is it depends on the programming. I was told that ther is nothing that can be done at this time but it is noted for Warrenty purposes. So I would recommend you contact Samsung support and have them connect to your TV and have them scan system. This way it's at least noted in there system if anything goes wrong with it for Warrenty reasons.

- Answer Well, it doesn't use Bluetooth to stream video but you can definitely cast your laptop screen or even your phone to the TV. If you're using Windows 10, and on the same WiFi network, it's pretty easy. You can also accomplish casting via a Chromecast from an Apple, Android, or Windows device.

- Answer The biggest difference I notice is the motion rate. If you’re a sports fan this will become very obvious very quickly. I bought the NU7100 and loved it until I turned on a hockey game and watch the puck draw a line across the screen due to lag. If you are a sports fan or will be watching any fast moving content I would highly recommend the NU8000. I made the switch and I am a very happy customer!

- Answer It can be too annoying. It doesn't do much to alleviate glare from bright lights. It's much worse than my old Panasonic plasma in that regard.

- Answer The rule of thumb hanging this tv above a fireplace is that you shouldn't (even electric fireplaces). many verified tech companies frown upon hang tv's above fire places. Furthermore, why would you want to crank your neck to watch tv?

- Answer It depends on the mode you have for the tv. The tv can display 4k at 120hz when you have it on gaming and check with the console that the setting are right. It’s customizable. I’ve never had an issue. The 49in tv can only get 60hz but all other can achieve 120hz at 4K
