You must have Internet. In Iieu of propreietary Internet service you may be able to establish a Mobile WiFi Hotspot from celluar phone provider but note that these connections usually do not offer very fast transmission speeds and buffering may result. It will also apply to your data plan so make sure your plan is 'unlimited'
