Big
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Originally published the Q70 65 inch and loved it. I wanted the 75 but the wife was against it. So while she was out of town I exchanged the 65 for the 75. Called my son, put it up and instant happiness. The wife came home and said " that TV looks bigger than I remember." I said we just got it before you left and you just haven't gotten use to it yet. I haven't heard another word about it. Bring on the football!

Just as good as q90r!!!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the 2019 Samsung q70r! I have a q90r also and I sat them side by side with all the settings cranked up and I know there is supposed to be a big difference between the 2 but there is not. The brightness on the q90r is minimal and the contrast looks almost exactly the same, if not slightly better on q70r. I think it because of the wide angle filter that is on the q80r and q90r. It allows for better viewing angles at the expense of lesser brightness and lower contrast. So really to me the q70r is just as good as the higher end Samsung models. I love it. Also the Tyson interface is my favorite and to me the best of all smart TVs. It’s so easy to use that my 5 year old can completely control the tv on there own. I also have not found another tv that seamlessly connects to my sound bar and my dish box and anything else I connect to it threw optical or hdmi cable. I only have to use the one Samsung one remote to control everything on my tv including the sound bar and my dish box. The upscaling from 1080i on my dish box is also the best that I have seen and I have tried out all the major brands and a bunch of others. When I made the swap to 4K TVs my dish looked so bad I could hardly watch it. But this tv does such a good job upscaling that I now enjoy my dish again. It looks amazing. The Samsung TVs are the best TVs all around and I would highly recommend this tv or any other one that is there equivalent to the one that you might be looking at. You will not regret purchasing a Samsung tv.

Beautiful display for home entertainment
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally had the sony x900f 65". The Sony had too much of a light bloom issue and didn't matter how I adjusted the local dimming. The Q70r has been incredible out of the box. An amazing, vivid picture for 4k movies and streaming. Regular cable even looks great. I only have the original ps4 and I can't explain how incredible it is playing games on it. No lag issues at all, never thought I would enjoy call of duty so much. I got this just in time for Monday night football and I've never been so excited to watch a football game. I currently have it matched with the Samsung q70 Dolby Atmos soundbar. Definitely a perfect match. Unfortunately, my living room is just too small for an 82", but the 75" is just a perfect fit.

Great tv, display and size!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really do love the qled display in this model. The black is black, where as my last model the 8000 series you could see black just iff slight. The motion interpolation in the tv does a very nice fluid motion on screen. The processor helps the tv to be very responsive to all command inputs. Also, if you want to go 75 inches it's amazing to have especially going from 55 inches to 75. Mini home theater in the house.

Good picture
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a couple dud Sonys and a nano 8 lg i finally found a screen that's decent. Great picture, actually found an adjustment that doesn't need constant fiddling with everytime i change a source or channel. Downside- typical Samsung product, extremely glitchy. Switching from game mode to normal mode when going from gaming to movies on the Xbox one X requires app uninstalls and reinstalls and several restarts... Haven't seen it mentioned but this TV does have atmos passthrough to a compatible home theater system after firmware update. Im used to samsungs glitchy galaxy phones so this wasn't a surprise. Im just glad to finally have an LED tv where black is black and white is white and grey is well, greyish. Reviewing 75 inch model. Hdr games on the xbox is where this tv really really shines, low lag and amazing picture. Seeing details in my character's armor that weren't even visible on that horrible 85" Sony xbr850 or 900.

Best Television I have ever owned!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. All Samsung TV's are outstanding, but the 75" QLED 4k UHD Q70R is in my opinion the biggest bang for your hard earned dollars! The picture is stunning on all shows or movies either 4k UHD, or UHD. I watched several comparison videos on the Q60R, Q70R, Q80R and Q90R. My budget was around $2000. The 75" Q70R was the clear winner, giving me all the goodies without breaking the bank! I especially liked the object definition of the Q70R in darker scenes that I felt was better than the Q80R. Colors are truly Spectacular. The 75" is great for home theater but is not so large to overpower the room. I'm hooked for life on Samsung TV's!

Great TV for the price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With a $500 off discount, this deal made the TV worth it. While OLED technology is amazing, the price tag for someone who watches between 5-10 hours of TV per week seems a little much. The next best option was QLED, and with Samsung having a range of QLED TV’s, I went with a 7, versus a 6 to have something above the basic model. But I was not wanting to pay the price for a Q8 nor Q9. Regardless, I am pleased with the quality of picture, the size, and the all around value. You cannot go wrong with a Samsung!

So Far So Good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3 days in. The Samsung 75" Q70 replaced a Sony 85" that I had for 2 weeks and was not satisfied with. It had alot of color bloom and several other picture issues . Short and quick review of the Samsung is: I like this tv - good deal for the money, uniform colors (blacks are good), etc. None of the issues so far like I experienced with the Sony 85" x850g. The 75" looks better in my room anyway but that has nothing do with the tv of course. Remote is "different". Now to get the rest of my renovations complete!!!

Q: QuestionI'm sorry to ask this question again but I received three different answers. Does anyone know the distance between the tv stand legs? 48", 50.5" or 60.1"? Sorry again.
Asked by Pete.
- A:Answer The Q70P's legs are 48.9" apart. 47.5" apart where you install them with a slight flair which gives you 48.9" or lets just say 49".

Q: QuestionI plan on putting this TV in a bright room how is the glare/reflections on the screen
Asked by Mooie.
- A:Answer It's ok. Get the Q80 which is much much better for reflection. My Q70 got quite a bit better when mounted on the wall and angled down a bit.
