Yes. This TV complies with the VESA standard mounting dimensions. In the case of the 75 inch, that is 400 mm x 400 mm. Mine is mounted on a movable wall mount which has those dimensions which are pretty standard for larger TVs. There are 4 plastic plugs that come in the accessory pack that you use to support the area where the bracket is mounted to the TV. Because my mounting screws weren't the proper length, I had to purchase slightly longer M8 x 1.25 pitch screws at the local hardware store. I don't know if your specific bracket will work for this TV, but most of the brackets are pretty standard. Keep in mind that this is a very large and somewhat heavy TV so the bracket needs to be very securely mounted to the 2 x 4's in the wall with heavy bolts. Hope that helps.
