• It is highly recommended to buy 4k HDMI cables, you'll be able to use standard HDMI cables but you'll notice snowing like effect.

• Best Buy said I needed special 4k cables. I was a little dubious, but I bought them anyway. Later I read in several places that this was right. Spending this much, why cheap out on cables?
