“I’ve been warned of Samsung. Friends said afte 18 months theirs died. What is the standard warranty? I saw I could buy a year warranty for 500$ but I think a quality tv/company should work for atleast 5 years.”

Hi - The Frame TV comes with a 1-year Parts & Labor Manufacturer’s Warranty when purchased brand-new from an authorized dealer. We recommend contacting Best Buy directly for information regarding extended warranties. ~ Samsung Specialist
