“Looking at a 75 inch 2024 model Frame TV, and wondering if adding a different Frame bezel changes the width? Does the basic black bezel that comes with the TV snap off to replace, or are bezels with different finishes added over the black and impact size?”

My understanding is that the color of the frame is easy to replace. Our friends told us the black frame looks cheap and initially we did not care. However, after handing the frame, it does give the 'appearance' of a TV, which is what we wanted to avoid. We will be purchasing a new bezel for a different appearance.
