I had my TV mounted yesterday with the Sanus kit mentioned in my other answer. Works great. It actually allows me about 5 1/2 inches of side to side movement which my wife loved because it was near a picture she put up on the wall, it tilts forward and I can tilt/angle to one side or the other. I can also pull it out away from the wall about 4 inches. Given that I can pull it away from the wall and angle the side where cords go, I have absolutely no problem connecting or disconnecting HDMI cables when I move my PS4 around.

It comes with 4 plastic stand off inserts that fit into the holes and provide a flat mounting surface for the mount. I had to go to Lowes and get the correct size screws, the TV instructions provide a measurement of the length so that you don't use screws that are too long.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought a Sanus mounting kit, model BLT2-B1 and I'm having a professional come and mount on Monday. I'll let you know if that one works. It's a bit more expensive and I saw some bad reviews about not being able to hook up cables but many more reviews with no issues so I went with it.
