A:Answer If you mean up-convert non-4K signals, then Yes. It has no Non-4K input connections, all four HDMI inputs accept 4K signals. All except really old standard definition (SD) shows that are broadcast without any regard for picture quality look great. DVDs look great, not as good as HD but really good. Some old SD shows where the broadcaster cares about quality look very good too.
