“Why don’t all the channels fit on the whole screen? I have done everything to get the picture to fit the whole screen but on the movie channels like HBO, there is a black area on the top and bottom of the screen.”

I had the same problem. Finally my picture and sound went out! It is going to cost about 400 to have it fixed, a 99 dollar service fee and 300 for the labor. Samsung is paying for the part. It’s approximately 18 months old and I have had problems with it from the beginning.
