Hello Harry- The One Connect Box does have some great benefits if you are wall mounting and offers easy accesibilty to the different inputs. The 2020 Q800T has some new benefits, as well. The Q800T offers Object Tracking Sound+, Q Symphony compatibilty, Amient Mode+, and Active Voice Amplifier.
