Hi JT! The feature you are referring to is called eARC and is enabled on the ARC port (HDMI 3) within the Q80T. This feature allows an uncompressed Dolby Atmos signal to pass through to other eARC enabled audio devices. When the TV receives a Dolby Atmos signal from any of the sources you are viewing on your TV, it will send this signal through the eARC port to your Dolby Atmos enabled audio device for optimal sound quality. ^Tim
