• No, the legs are fixed. I'd recommend connecting a soundbar to the tv & using a wall mount.

• No they actually just snap on legs the legs can be either around 10 inches apart to accommodate a small tv stand that you think wouldn’t fit this tv. Or the legs can snap on very very wide apart.. no need for tools they just snap on securely
