“I have surround sound connected to this TV. It works on my regular cable, but will not play when I go to Netflix. Youtube TV works. I am hearing this is a problem between Netflix and this model TV. Does anyone know how to fix this?”

Is the sound bar connected optically directly to the TV or does it pass through another device first? Optical connections are always the best.
