“I have surround sound connected to this TV. It works on my regular cable, but will not play when I go to Netflix. Youtube TV works. I am hearing this is a problem between Netflix and this model TV. Does anyone know how to fix this?”

• Is the sound bar connected optically directly to the TV or does it pass through another device first? Optical connections are always the best.
