Hi - Both models share the same specifications - except for audio specs. 75" QN84A is a Best Buy exclusive model that features 40 Watt 2.2 Channel sound, as well as Object Tracking Sound Lite which virtually tracks objects moving across screen and strategically places sound around you. The QN85A features 60 Watt 2.2.2 Channel sound with Object Tracking Sound which adds two height speakers to provide you with 3D sound with dedicated speakers that track every movement on the screen. ^Gina
